Jewel repair with shipping costs included (round trip).
- When you purchase the repair, you will receive a shipping label by email to put on the package, and then take it to the nearest Inpost center. Later, when the repaired jewel is shipped, you can collect the package at this same center.
- The jewel must be packaged in its box (or similar) and shipped in a bubble-lined envelope for shipping, so as to protect and securely close the package. To prevent the box from opening, also use a ribbon (string or tape as you prefer) to secure it and keep it closed.
- I also recommend that you wrap the jewel in tissue paper, to prevent it from moving around inside the package and hitting other pieces.
The jewels are entirely handmade and therefore are artisanal products. Each individual object may therefore vary, even if minimally, in the result of the product. In particular, ceramic pieces may have different cuts and/or shades of color, or imperfections caused by natural creation processes. Each piece is unique and imperfections guarantee the complete uniqueness, originality and craftsmanship of the product.

Avoid the use of liquids and substances based on ethyl alcohol and/or the like.
To maintain the shine of the jewel for a long time, avoid use during the following activities:
- Household and outdoor work
- When showering, bathing, or swimming in pools, hot tubs, hot springs, and seawater
- While using lotions, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics
- In the gym or during contact sports
- During the preparation of meals
